The new wider C17 rim design of the Zonda ensures a more efficient shape of the tyre, improving cornering grip and safety while reducing aerodynamic drag and rolling resistance.

A seemingly small increase in width offers a surprisingly different riding experience, one that is sure to leave any cyclist convinced that a wider tyre size is the way forward. The differentiated rim height offers superior aerodynamics without sacrificing stability, the precision milling eliminates excess material reducing weight, the Rim Dynamic Balance Technology™ ensures that every point of the rim is counter-balanced by an equal weight on the opposing side, providing maximum stability even at high speeds and the MoMag™ Technology creates a tyre bed free of spoke holes, eliminating the need for rim tape and offering structural superiority.

The front wheel is laced with 16 aerodynamic radial spokes and the rear is laced with 21 aerodynamic radial spokes in the MEGA G3™ Pattern, creating the perfect balance of spoke tensions on both sides of the wheel, reducing stress, increasing transversal rigidity and improving the transmission of power to the wheel.
