Power Meters
If you’re serious about training and getting the most performance from your body, a power meter is an absolute must! Power meters give real information on how much power you’re producing and when used in conjunction with your own training plan can be used to ride in a certain power band to maximise both efficiency during the ride itself and also maximise what you get from your riding and training. Even if you’re not that obsessed with being the best you can, it can fun to see how close you can get to the likes of Mark Cavendish or Andre Greipel in terms of peak power (take it from us, chances are you won’t be anywhere near them!)
