The Pro LT adjustable stem is a great value option for riders who are struggling to find their ideal stem size as it allows you to easily adjust the angle from -30 to 40 degrees so you can find the perfect position.

Like all items in the Pro LT range the adjustable stem is constructed from 3D forged 6061 aluminium for high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion. The stem features a 31.8mm diameter bar clamp and is for use with 1-1/8 inch steerers. The four bolt removable face plate makes bar installation easy and provides and even load distribution.

Appears a well made quality product. Bought this to shorten reach & raise the bars. A little fiddly to set the angle as there are 2 screws, one underneath to lock the stem once the angle has been set & one at the side to loosen & adjust. Instructions would have been useful as I had to use intuition & play around with it before working out how to adjust. Have set it up with the bike on a turbo trainer & the bike feels a lot more comfortable than before; bars 2 cm closer & 1 cm higher so reach is more comfortable & forward vision is not as hard on the neck. Hopefully get out tomorrow & give it a good test. I’m 72, a recreational road cyclist who rides about 3 times a week & covers about 22-30 miles per ride.
