SDG Radar Cro-Mo Saddle

SDG wanted to create the ultimate modern MTB saddle, one designed with the latest changes in bike geometry. With mountain bike geometry evolving all the time, SDG designed the Radar to cater to this latest breed of bikes. The Radar features a Flat-forward platform, which is wide and plush to provide excellent support when climbing and is ideally suited to modern mountain bikes with steeper seat tube angles. Further improving comfort is the supportive EVA Foam padding and Peri-canal groove, which work together to give you the support and comfort you need for long hours in the saddle.

With the latest mountain bikes in mind, SDG needed the Radar to be light enough on the scales but tough enough to with stand the harshest conditions. Equipped with a highly durable 2-piece cover with kevlar side panels, the Radar shrugs of knocks and scuffs with ease. The Radar also features a rear buzz cut-out to help eliminate tyre rub that can occur when using 29 inch wheels and long travel dropper seatposts. Keeping the saddle light are Cro-Mo rails that as well as being incredibly tough, keep weight down to just 230g.
