Shimano's IC1 (IC100) have been designed to cater to the ever growing indoor cycling market, with a superlight and breathable design that lets you hit the trainer hard, whether that be on Zwift or another virtual app, or just getting the hammer down old school style!

Indoor cycling has exploded in the last few years, and the IC100 has been specifically designed with riders who love to get the miles in indoors. With a super breathable upper that provides excellent comfort in hot, humid indoor conditions, the IC1 is not phased by a physical spin class or Zwift session! The fit is also easy to get just right thanks to the ergonomically designed strap that wraps around the top of the shoe, giving an even fit. The DYNALAST sole also provides excellent power transfer so you can do you best sprinter impression while still having the comfort to ride as long and as far as you. The IC1 is also compatible with both SPD and SPD-SL style cleats, making it perfect for spin classes as well as your own road bike.
