These new levers get the look and feel of the higher end 11-speed levers, while sticking with 10-speed internals. As well as the re-designed hood shape the shifters also feature neat under-tape cable routing instead of exiting from the side of lever like previous models. Like the more expensive groups the Tiagra levers provide a shorter shift stroke that delivers what Shimano calls ''lightest and easiest front shifting Shimano has ever made''. The lever is fully adjustable to accommodate different hand sizes via an easy to use reach adjustment. When teamed with Shimano's Tiagra Flat Mount Brake Calipers (Sold separately) you'll have some of the slickest shifting and most powerful braking around for your road bike, all without braking the bank.
